Eric Crane

Director of Projects

Eric has been in the business of running businesses for over a decade. Before opening GPG, he had specific focus on project management, construction, capital improvements, and maintenance. With projects ranging from Georgia to Thane, he is our number one for anything hands-on. Eric is very driven to make our client's visions a reality while protecting the asset from financial strain and liability.

Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and their cats.

Hannah Robinson

Director of Operations

Hannah has been in construction since 2017 and in real estate for over five years. Before starting GPG, she was in property management for two years. As a senior property manager, Hannah managed 213 units through acquisition, NOI increase of 35%+, 73+ renovations, and a 75% early sale. Her excitement about multifamily drives properties to new potentials and unrealized success.

In her free time, Hannah enjoys road trips with her husband, teenager, and their three dogs.
