Our management team has over a decade of experience in managing properties from single family dwellings to large multifamily. We pride ourselves on being the in-between person by holding our residents, our investors, and our properties in the same mental category: client.
Leasing
Taking unleased properties and leasing them in a short period of time is our specialty. We guarantee our residents for one year. What does that mean for you? You pay one leasing fee for a 12 month period. If we had to remove a resident we placed before the first year is up, we will prorate the next fee to accommodate.

With a strict accounting process and schedule, you know your property is well taken care of. Our account manager is timely, professional, and detail oriented.
Project Management
Our team manages any level of project to ensure best use for resident, owner, and property alike. We like to be involved at every stage of a project. From project planning, bid collection, material acquisition, job execution, job completion, and invoice audit and payment. We charge a simple 10% of invoices collected as a project management fee.
